At 5/8" thick and lovingly worked from our beautiful hardwoods, our Cruel Mistress is bliss in the hand of her beholder, but a bane to the bottoms she meets. Her fully rounded curves are voluptuous and welcoming - hold her from the far end for full reach; hold her at the top of her handle for direct control. Hold her from the paddle end and give penalty swats with the tip of the handle. This spanking paddle begs to be used in every position for every kind of consensual corporal punishment and spanking/impact play.

How to Choose Your Wood
Choose your wood based on the sensation you hope to achieve. Every paddle will have some degree of sting. The heavier/more dense the wood, the more thuddy it will be. Contact us for recommendations or custom requests.
Raintree (Central and South America) - an exotic hardwood with beautiful shades of browns, golds, and reds and unique grain patterns in every piece. This wood is of medium weight and density and delivers a bright smack with a thuddy afterburn that we have found dissipates fairly quickly if space is allowed between smacks. We find the sensation akin to fireworks!
Flame Maple (North America) - a medium weight wood that will provide sting with some thud. Flame Maple’s rippled grain pattern dances between light and dark gold as the paddle moves.
Walnut (North America) - a medium weight wood in shades of chocolate browns and toasty tans. Walnut is a fan favorite at LRS - it’s firm, stingy with a little thud, and builds quickly for that roasted rump sensation.
Mahogany (Central and South America) - a medium weight wood that will provide sting with some thud and some burn; Mahogany’s grain tends toward straight lines with an auburn gold sheen.
Bubinga (West Africa) - medium heaviness and density leaning towards the heavier side, this wood is balanced between sting and thud. Its color palette ranges from a pinkish red to a darker reddish brown with darker purple or black streaks.

If your paddle begins to look or feel dry, refresh the wood using furniture oil or wax. Apply according to the instructions and buff off using a soft cloth - an old tee shirt or inside-out sock will do. Suggested products: Walrus Oil Wood Wax, Howard's Feed-n-wax
