Padauk (pah-DUKE or pah-DOWK are both accepted pronunciations) is a tropical African wood with a stunning orange to red hue. This wood is heavier than the classic Stevie Rose’s Hairbrush Paddle options in Flame Maple, Walnut, and Mahogany. You’ll get a balanced impact with sting and thud. Like all LRS paddles, this paddle features our signature rounded edges and silky smooth finish.
This classic oval hairbrush shape is ideal for OTK, but suits a variety of spanking positions (and hand sizes!) thanks to a longer handle than a standard hairbrush.
Approximate Paddle Dimensions: 11.5” long x 3.5“ wide x .68” thick (this thickness adds a little thud for a balanced impact, try our Mason paddle for a thinner and stingier paddle)

If your paddle begins to look or feel dry, refresh the wood using furniture oil or wax. Apply according to the instructions and buff off using a soft cloth - an old tee shirt or inside-out sock will do. Suggested products: Walrus Oil Wood Wax, Howard's Feed-n-wax
